Step 2: Package Your Items

Please ensure all items are:

  • Unworn and unused with original tags attached
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Free of odors, stains, or damage

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment (credit card/PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International Returns: Refunds exclude any customs/duties fees

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Shipping charges apply for the new item

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear & Socks: For hygiene reasons
  • Personalized/Custom Items: Unless defective

Defective or Incorrect Items

For our global customers (excluding some remote Asian regions):
