Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. After dispatch:
Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): 10-15 days ($12.95)
Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 days (free on orders over $50)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally, except to some remote areas in Asia. Our shipping partners are carefully selected for their reliability in delivering your child’s adventure gear in perfect condition.
Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking information is provided for all standard shipments (DHL or FedEx) so you can plan your adventures accordingly. For EMS shipments, tracking may be available depending on the destination country.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a no-hassle 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return.
What if my child’s gear doesn’t fit?
We understand kids grow fast! If the size doesn’t fit your young adventurer, you can return the item within 15 days for an exchange or refund, provided it’s in original condition with tags attached.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
