   This jacket is LOUD! It makes so much noise when you move that it is distracting and would become super irritating…I opened it in the kitchen and the people in the living room heard me walking because the jacket made so much noise!!!! Obviously, I am returning it…pronto!

   I purchased this for walking my dog in inclement winter weather in Maine. It’s perfect. Just what I was hoping for: high quality, warm, dry, and comfortable (fun color too). I was hesitant to spend $900 for a long waterproof, parka that is primarily to be worn with my dog, but I have no regrets about this investment – and it IS an investment, that I expect to be wearing for the rest of my life (it seems like it will really hold up that long, too). I was skeptical when the package arrived because it was so lightweight. I thought this couldn’t possibly be the right parka, and if it is it can’t possibly have enough insulation to keep me warm on the coldest days of winter. I was happily surprised the first time I wore it (a very raw, cold and windy day in December). Another reviewer commented on the “loudness” of the fabric. I’m not wearing this indoors, so the sound of the waterproof fabric is not an issue to me. I’m generally an XS (5’4″, 105 pounds), but I often like to size up in winter outerwear to make sure I can layer thick and roomy sweaters under my coats without any tightness. I ordered an XS in this thinking I might need to exchange for a S, but the XS feels perfect, even with extra layers on my whole body. Now I even look forward to taking the dog out for her walk in the winter weather because I get to put on this super-lightweight, comfy, cozy parka!

   The coat is fashionable, light and with a nice color. Quality is OK with its high price. Very noisy when put on as the previous customer mentioned. The shipping package was extremely cheap and lousy. It looked like I might have bought a counterfeit…

   Great jacket, worth the price.
   Ive never worn Arcteryx before but I was so impressed. Weather has been in the 20s and I just wear a t shirt underneath. Double pockets are amazing. Hood is big!
   Outside is easy to clean and keep clean.
   Only complaint is the neck is tight, hard to wear a hoodie underneath because neck is so tight.

   Amazing my light weight and warm. Love how there are so many pockets that were well thought out of.

   The nylon shell makes it so easy to clean when dirty without having to wash the coat to clean it. Just wipe it off.
